Tail Light Condensation

Hello,

I noticed some condensation on my left rear tail light. I took the taillight off and removed the screws that seem to be holding the plastic backing to the light but the tail light doesn’t seem to open up. I am not forcing it since I suspect it might be one piece.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the condensation? I removed the bulb and used a blow drier cautiously through the bulb hole to try to get rid of the condensation but no luck.
