This car is likely for the guys who want as close as they can get to an AWD M2. And this will be a much better daily as well. No one is going to going to buy this car cuz they couldn't afford the extra few thousand for the m2. They will buy it cuz they want it. Some people really don't give a shit about the price, or what they could have gotten for a small amount more. An M2 is a great car but why is it the only good car in the whole 2 series line?

I don't like any of the splitters for the M235i/240i. In stock form it has a lot of character, with those "fangs" sticking down, and you lose that with the smoothness of the splitter. It's one car where a splitter makes it look more generic.
A big reason I'm going to keep mine largely stock is because I like the whole "wolf in sheep's clothing" thing. M2 styling, or any of the fussy aftermarket bits, take away from that. |

Looks pretty good to me. The only thing I don't really like is that front splitter. It just doesn't do it for me
The car is definitely fun to drive though. I drove a 228i and really liked it. The M240i must be a joy to drive

Well I think you'll lose that bet. Here's the image. Doesn't look like there are any analog gauges there to me.

This shows off M Performance parts which are interchangeable with the M2 (besides exhaust). This helps promote carbon fiber trinkets that you can add to any 2 series. That's probably one of the reasons. Because a M Performance M2 would be stupid.

I'm not sure why people are getting so upset?
It's a normal M240i with the very nice BMW Performance parts added. Many on here already want and add these parts so seriously what's the issue? If you don't like them buy a standard M240. If you want a more focused car get the M2.

Lol an F3x with no temperature gauge and fuel gauge on the sides? Shame on you for not even knowing your own car.
In case you missed it, it's an F20. |
