Simple Dyno Vid and graph
Raining like crazy here in Austin, I'm a little bored, and new videos are always good. So here is my baseline dyno: pretty in line with what ppl have been getting. 57degrees F, 60%humidity
305whp 316wtq Ive been able to get up to 10.5psi on the turbo on the street, interestingly enough it was around 9.5-9.7psi for most of the runs. It got up to 10.1psi once. I had a hard time finding a dyne shop by Austin, so if you're in the SA/austin area, then Terry at Lonestar Dyno did a great job and someone I'd recommend. I've been using Colvin Automotive's Dyno in North Austin, just off Mopac, But good to know there is another shop that has a dyno. Would be good to swap rates...
Colvin mostly do muscle cars and classic car restorations (they've even been on some TV shows) and the Dyno is tucked away in the back, but I get a kick out of the fabrication and machining capabilities. |
