Mate thats soooo true, People wouldnt believe me (on other forums) That a stock one on a roll can live with Stock E46 M3's E39 M5's etc. It couldnt beat them but could hang with them easily. I did it so many times.
The car does have character, lots of it. Glad your so impressed even after a M3.
