General Coilover Setup Questions

Hello all,

Recently bought an e90 330i, loving it. It has KW V2s with camber plates on the front made by a private german company called gepfeffert.

Current, it has 19s and sits fairly low which looks nice however, I get an enormous noise from the front end that sounds like a wet tyre rubbing on metal maybe, especially when reversing at full lock, not as often or quite as loud when driving forward. I'd like to know obviously what could cause that if anyone knows , but whatever the issue is, I'd like to get it higher for better comfort, preserve my arches, avoid this awful noise again, and also because the tyre width is too small. Easy on the front, but brings me to the next question, the rears.

On the rear, I have the coilover shock but they kept the stock spring, is this a common thing? I've attached a photo of the bits that were included in the car that weren't fitted for clarification. I will assume I just twist the nut on the front to increase the height, but could someone tell me what I need to lift the rear just so I'm 100% sure.
