I am new to posting on here so don’t know if this is the wrong place or what

Just looking for some advice

420D 2017 B47 auto is loud and rough when it’s idling, even loud in the cabin.
Recently had the exhaust flexi replaced as it had a blow and the DPF clamp replaced as it was hanging down. So not sure if it is related to that
The shifting gears is rough but it’s in for a service this week

Hoping I’m not just being stupid
I’ve attached some clips or tried to!
Any advice would be great
